My Portfolio
Welcome to my portfolio. Here you’ll find a selection of my work. Explore my projects to learn more about what I do!

Cause Poster
This project required me to design a poster series about an organization. I decided to choose HeadUpGuys which is a mens mental health organization that specializes in helping men's mental health. I created a set of three posters that metaphorically show the feelings of mental health.

Infographic
This project was a 30 x 60 Inch infographic poster. I decided to go with the topic of poster design throughout the decades. Since poster design was what got me into graphic design, I figured this would be a good topic to do. I've always loved old style posters and advertisements so designing this was a great experience to learn about all of the design techniques and movements that shaped how we design today.

Nonfiction Book Jacket
This project that I designed was a nonfictional book jacket about a murder in the 1930s. I loved the design styles of the 1930s as well as jazz so I thought this topic would be fitting for me. I decided to use a lot of silhouettes as well as dim colors to create a dark atmosphere and vintage decorative borders and patterns to create a feeling of the 1930s.

Autobiography Book Jacket
This project was an autobiography book jacket about my life. I wanted to tell a story visually about my life so I decided to add different illustrations about my life such as old trucks, flannels, hats, beard, friends, family, etc. I wanted to incorporate all sorts of things that really made me who I am today.

Children's Book
This is my children's book that I designed about a dot that wanted to be all sorts of things and had low self esteem about himself. I knew I wanted to create a book that relayed a deeper message and decided to go with the topic of self esteem. As someone who has struggled with self esteem before, I knew a little about the issue and decided to tackle it with many different illustrations, facial features, and a rhyming dialogue that would relate to children

Pre-Press Guide
Pre-Press Guide was a project that required us to design a way for others to learn about the printing process step by step. I decided to design a set of flashcards that would be on a ring that someone could flip through to see the different parts of the printing process.

Package Design Box
This project required me to design a packaging design that was unique and original. I chose a beard oil that had a rustic and vintage feel to it. I decided to go with a skull for the logo for a neutral logo that would relate to all men of size, color, and background origin.

Scheich's Creative Co.
This project was my personal brand image and would be what my brand is known by. I wanted to incorporate a vintage style seal as my main logo and have it resemble the vintage colors that I like to work with as well as the initials of my brand.

Psalm 150 Poster
In this project I was to replicate a famous designer's style by creating a poster about Psalm 150. I chose Lucian Bernhard as a designer to replicate and was able to accomplish this retro poster.

Mask Project
In this project I was tasked with choosing two masks from different cultures and then merging them together to create a new meaning behind the final product.. I chose the Day of the Dead mask that represents the deceased relatives in the Spanish culture and the plague doctor mask that represents the healing of the fallen individuals of the European plagues. I created the Day of the Plague mask that represents a memorial mask to honor and remember those who lost their life to the Black Plague.

Coldplay Magazine Spread
In this project I was to asked to replicate a magazine spread about a famous entertainer. I chose one of my favorite bands, Coldplay.

Movie Poster
I decided to experiment with some textures and wanted to create a movie poster. This is the final product.

Typographic Self-Portrait
In this project I was asked to create a self portrait utilizing my name. This project took a lot of time and effort as well as understanding different lights and darks.
